did not recieve my order
It will be a month in a few days, and I have still not received my order, I see all of these posts, and I'm glad im not the only one. But this is getting alittle out of hand. I've email Charlene and she hasnt respond. Im getting ready to call it a quits and call my lawyer..this is too much!

Did not refund money
I purchased this product after careful research and thoroughly reading their website. I had no problems with my purchase and was nothing but hopeful that it would work. I followed instructions carefully regarding trying a test spot on the hip first. It did leave a scar, which I still have today, 3 months later. I emailed "Charlene" photo of scar. After several poor attempts at communication, she gave me the address to return my product. However, now she continues to ignore my emails and will not issue a refund. It is clear that this product is not suitable for my skin type (not surprising- I scar easily, even from acne). Furthermore, now they have my returned unused product yet will not send a refund. This "company" aka " Charlene" has very poor and unprofessional communication skills. Dont plan on trying to communicate with them, and hope the product works. Be sure to try a test area! Now im left with a scar and out 100 bucks. However I have fou.d a product on line that has worked amazing on my sun spots on my face, and has truly changed my life!

no response
Ordered & paid for 2 cans of blemish free. Received only one can after 2 and 1/2 months. Trying to contact this "Charlene is a waste of time.
I've tried repeatedly and got nothing other than this autoresponder claptrap which only serves to delay the process. If anyone does finally get a reply from "Charlene" it appears to be a load of "blame the customer" rationalisations or excuses. Lets face it, legit businesses don't operate this way.

Over a month without ANYTHING!
This company has a terrible reputation for treating the people that keep its doors open, and in business, worse than an annoying bill collecter that will not go away (i kno, weird analogy :) ), they seem to avoid the issues at hand, and hide behind statements like "not too worry", "our shipment system is backed up" and "your order will ship this week". that was all stated in a response email, only after i inquiring about where my order was! why a 3-5 day shipping window had been delayed nearly 2 weeks!..?.(i discovered recently that the packaging indicated the source of the product came from wisconsin. so yeah...rediculous! this stuff better work like it says!! it has now been just under 30 days since i recieved the reciept email/inoice from klikpay!!! ive emailed 2 times, which is something i do not enjoy or appreciate having to deal with. all i want is my order. the order ive already paid for, and honestly, at this point, i think id be okay just getting my money back, so i can get out of this trapped-like arrangement. writing a book about my encounter with this company was not what i indended, and reading lengthy opinions online is pretty grueling, but i feel its my duty to outline all the things that i (and many many others) negatively affected. i will let you know all the details and generalize it all, and paint a picture in ur mind, of what is EXACTLY in store for u. ill keep ya posted. p3ac3

no support
This bank does not support their customers and is arrogant. The do not always respond to emails. They don't sent wire transfers in a timely manner.
I do not recommend this bank to any one who wants good service or responses to emails.

Product has not arrived / emails are being ignored
I have purchased Blemish Free in the last 2 weeks. I paid $ 109.00 for the product. It has not arrived, as I live quite far from the country of production and assumed it may take longer, I simply emailed Charlene to ask where the product was. She failed to respond. I emailed her the next day and again I got no response. I have emailed her again today and have yet to receive a reply. I am extremely angry and disappointed and I just want a refund or the product.
I am angry at myself for wasting my time and money on this. I would like to know if there is any action I can take against the website as I don't think people should continue to pay money to this woman if their product will not arrive at all, this is against the law...
If anyone has any comments or advice about what I can or should do, they would be much appreciated.

Communication
I recently purchased their product online and my card went through and everythin and i got charged for it. But i never recieved a confirmation email or any information regarding my order. Then Charlene sent me a message saying that i charged it back when i didnt and said i would be placed on the no reorder list. I just want the product i ordered and paid for, and information about it.

REFUND
I made a purchase over the weekend and changed my mind. I emailed Charlene at Blemish Free and she won't cancel my order! Unbelievable- it hasn't been dispatched and I have every right to ask for a refund and cancellation. Beware of this company...

Complaints Board not Neutral
**** COMPLAINTS BOARD IS NOT NEUTRAL ****
The complaints board does not verify any post. ANYONE CAN POST ANYTHING!
The experts at The Reputation Store state that "We find that 98% of all of these complaints are bogus in nature, but they still hurt the Companies involved."
When we write to the poster of a negative comment about Blemish Free and try to determine:
1. Did we sell a kit to him?
2. Did he apply the product correctly?
3. Has his treatment healed since his post?
In most every case the poster does not respond. In other words the post can not be verified. We ask the complaints board to remove the post.
THE COMPLAINTS BOARD DOES NOT ALWAYS REMOVE THE POST. THEY SIDE WITH THE POSTER EVEN THOUGH THE POST CAN NOT BE VERIFIED. THE BOARD IS BIASED TOWARD THE POSTER EVEN THOUGH MOST NEGATIVE POSTS ARE FRAUDULENT.
Everyone reading this board should know most negative posts are made by our competitors in an effort to increase their business. Don't believe everything you read.

Doesn't work
Charlene,
I ordered the Blemish-free spray can on June 1st. Ten days later, you sent an email without subject and told me you just shipped the product. I didn't complain about the late shipment.
I finally received your product at night on June 14th. On June 15th, I started to try your product on my skin by following your online instruction. Waited for two days, nothing happened. I sent you an email on June 16th for assistance. You told me to increase the treatment time to 13 seconds, which I did. Still nothing happened.
Although you kept telling me your product works. But that's not the case with me. I have also tried it again on two other spots from different areas including my face, it didn't nothing at all! I have felt that your emails have been not helpful and in fact rude each time when you responded to my questions. I give up on your product already. Please send me authorization and product return instruction immediately.
