Beware before buying a dog from this breeder. We bought a staffordshire bull terrier puppy from them in March 2008. He was a very happy, healthy puppy. At 1 1/2 years old, he got very sick and took him to the vet. I spent about $1, 000 on x-rays and an exploratory surgery that was needed since the x-ray revealed a large mass in his abdomen. It turned out to be acute pancreatitis, which was from nothing we did. He was not old, he was not fat, he was not on medications, and he was not fed a fatty diet, which are causes for acute pancreatitis in dogs. The vets were very shocked that this happened to such a young dog. Blessings kennel did not do anything for us. They didn't offer us a puppy from an upcoming litter or anything. They just pretty much said "Sorry for your loss." Needless to say, we will never get a dog from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
