After doing business with Amazon for a years buying and selling I suddenly get an email stating my account has been suspended for policy violations. They would not even tell me what they were talking about. No one to call to find out any information. They denied my appeal and pretty much told me not to contact them again. I had done nothing wrong come to find out they took a slanderous comment one person made and went with it(because buyers don't lie). Forget the fact I sent them photos and forget the fact that my record was 100% positive feedback. I don't know who they have working in this department, but, they obviously have no comment sense or people skill what so ever. They make up stuff too. When you try to get answers all they do is quote that it is due to a violation to Amazon.com policy ...no specifics, so it is your best guess how to appeal and an appeal is to no avail anyway, so, spare your dignity and move on. No reason no rim. Probably a bunch of people working that never graduated high school and was given a little bit of power that they don't know what to do with. I can hardly wait for someone to come along and create a better website then them. I do business on Ebay, but, thought Amazon was better and they are until you have to try to reason/talk to anyone there. If any actions being taken against them keep me in mind.
