I had an awfull experience with this company. Some of the blinds that was installed was not working. and i had just tried to get by with them. One day it stopped going up and staying there. So my husband told me to call for their help. The girl who answered was very helpful and set an appointment for the same day with the same guy name Shannon who originally sold us the curtains for almost $8, 000.00 . When he came over he looked at the curtains that was not working and left my house without a word. Some one whom i never heard of as given my cell # he called me and scare the hell out me. He told me he is cco calling me from Atlanta, Georgia he had recieved a report on his desk five minutes after he had left my house that i had hit Shannon and he had ran off for his life. And know he doesn't want to fix the drape and he asked me to send $175 for that day or $275 for the next and $375 the next and 475 for the day after and after he got the money he will send some one to fix my drapes. I was shocked and brudeled shaking to death from all this lies and harresment. So I am left with broken drape and a hard ache.
