Had to have my best friend put down on Monday July 13, 2009 . Went to the web to find English Bulldog puppy and found ad from Carol Blocker about puppies she had for sale. We talk several time on the phone and she said she one male and two females for sell and that the two female had cherry eyes. Me and my wife wanted a male went to see the male on Sat. July 18, 2009. She was asking $2700 for the male and we paid her half down and she was to deliver the pup on Mon. July 20, 2009. We were to pay the rest upon delivery. My wife talk to Carol on Sun july 19, 2009 about getting the puppies on Sunday July 19, 2009 an Carol let her know then that she was going to keep the puppy. We had just lost one dog that week and had found an fallen in love with this puppy and now she will not uphold her end of the contract. I feel that this is a person of no morals and someone that will not honor a contract. Would not do bussness with this person for any reason and warn anyone else not to.
