To add my voice to the fray: I can attest to the fact that Bloomex delivers exceedingly late, or not at all; provides a sub-standard product (dead or dying at the time of delivery); has absolutely no form of what you could cogently call 'customer service'; and refuses to issue refunds even when they are firmly at fault.

I have ordered from them twice and have twice been burned - meaning that their actual *business practices* are at fault, and not some random error or event. You cannot reach - by online chat, phone or e-mail - anyone in customer service. DO NOT order from this company.
