Flowers
worst quality flowers!!!
My daughter ordered flowers for me for Valntines Day . They were in a large box with no water or vase and they were all dead. My daughter had been told they would come from a local dealer but were sent from Ottawa. I called them ans so did my daughter and they said to us WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ??? and acually they hung up on my daughter .We have send them pictures, and several additional emails. We finally received an email telling us for 9.99 they would come and pick up the flowers. Are they CRAZY ????????. We will never deal with this company again and will advise anyone to not use them.This is not over betwen me and them.She paid to much money for death Flowers ...This is a JOKE !!! DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX !!!

Never Delivered!!!!
This company is absolutely terrible -- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I had ordered flowers online for Mother's Day and received a confirmation number and everything. They still have not arrived (it's one week later). I've left two messages, called twice to customer service, and done the online chat. All they've done is refunded the delivery fee of $4-, but still no full refund and no delivery. Again, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

don't buy flowers from them !
Ordered flowers for special birthday ... paid extra for morning delivery ... never received ... left 3 messages ... they never returned calls ... finally they did refund my Mastercard, but never spoke to a person ... very dissatisfied ... never use them again !!!

flowers not delievered
ordered flowers on Dec2 to be delieved same day. Was charged the extra 20.. for this to happen.
It is Dec 5 & cannot get an answer on where these have gone. Was told by their customer service person that they would have to put a trace on it. After 3 days they are probalby dead!!! They better refuned the 70.00 dollars that they put on my credit card, tha tthey didn't have a problem with.

To whom it may concern, if you think bloomex.ca treats you shabby when you order flowers and dont get a response, try this 1) when the sales operator is talking to you and trying to get you help...TRY LISTENING instead of being so focused on bitching at the operator, the person might actually be trying to help you, but you can't get help if your not LISTENING. Your so focused on Yelling at someone that your not hearing anything that is being said, being an operator for Bloomex I truly try to get your order right and keep you happy that is the main goal, believe it or not the goal is to keep everyone happy and make someone else's day brighten up, it is not to intentionally ruin your day. But you call yell, scream, call us names (idot, f'n dummy, threaten to blow us up.) then expect us to kiss your ass, WE ARE PEOPLE LIKE YOU BEHIND THE PHONE, WE DO OUR JOB, TAKE YOUR ORDER, LOOK UP THE INFORMATION YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO FIND, so maybe you should listen before leaping ... and on another note ... if you think they treat the customers poorly, then you really dont want to know how they treat staff. They started us off when we were hired at a decent salary and commission for sales, then just up and decided after a contract had been signed that its not gona be that way, lowered our pays by a $1.00 and changed the commission scale so that is almost impossible to make any extra money .. So every call the sales person gets that is not a sale and is a customer complaint is taking funds from the sales people. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND CONTACT THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, SERVICE CLIENTELE .. NOT SALES ... TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS AND NASTY ATTITUDES OUT ON THE RIGHT PERSON ..THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY ...

Terrible service, late delivery
I ordered 2 bouquets for same day delivery, They were delivered the next day and I paid an extra 9.99 each for same day. I tried calling the 1-800 number but all you get is an answering machine telling you to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24hrs. I left three messages on line for them to get back to me to confirm delivery, they never called back. The flowers were not what I had ordered, some were dead and others had petals falling off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! IT is a scam!!

Late delivery and poor quality!
Ordered 12 roses for delivery as advertised next day. Delivery was 4 days later. Only received 9 roses, they were in terrible shape (pettles dead, did not open, lasted only a couple days). Did not match the advertised photo, which showed a nice arrangement. What arrived was 9 dead roses.
Called to complain, told i should receive an email, its been a week and nothing.
Stay away from this company.

Late delivery of products!
I ordered several separate orders from Bloomex, to my wife, mom, and mother-in-law. I ordered 3 days in advance, knowing that Valentines Day is one of the two busiest days of the year for florists. Of the three, only one order arrived on time. However, the roses started falling apart as soon as my wife carefully lifted them out of the box. The tips of the petals were all black, and the other green/white foliage in the bouquet looked like it had been swept up off the floor. It's now the evening of the 15th, and the other 2 orders have yet to be delivered, even though they were scheduled for the 14th, and the website says "Confirmed".
I sent photos as required by their return policy, waited on hold for half and hour only to be cut off, left several messages, and emails too. Nothing. I expect they are busy dealing with thousands of other suckers like me who are unhappy with their purchase.
I will be visiting my local florist next occasion, and recommend that you do too, or at the very least try a different online florist.

2 separate orders incorrect!
I have used this company once before and had an agreeable experience. Delivery was late, however flowers at least arrived. However this time I order Valentine's day flowers for my mom and for my husband's mom. The first order was delivered on time, however without the balloon that was added to the purchase. For the second order we had paid extra for the early delivery however the flowers were delivered late, therefore making the recipient wait around for delivery. I have left a message explaining the complaint, and will see what happens. It was a nice thought that compared to FTD prices there could be a service comparable yet for reasonable costs, but I'm almost wondering if it's just better to pay the extra cost.
