I ordered a condolence basket on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. On Monday, I had not received confirmation that it had been delivered. For two hours I was unable to get through to customer service. I was invited to leave a message but never received a call back.
I tried their "live chat" but was told they could not tell me anything until a "confirmation email" was received. I asked what they were confirming... delivery, no delivery, or the order itself that was already two days overdue. They could not answer this question.
I managed eventually to get through by telephone and was told that there had been a problem with CANPAR delivering on Saturday and it would now be delivered TUESDAY. As Canpar is not their company they could not tell me WHY the parcel was not delivered. I demanded a refund on the delivery charge and a manager to call me. Again, no one called.
Later in the day I received an email stating my full refund. I asked if my package was delivered as I had only requested a refund on the delivery charge. I was informed by email that no, a refund meant that the entire order was cancelled.
Now my family has not received their condolence basket and and I'm looking like the person who didn't care.
I will never use this company, they were rude by phone and by email.
