The initial services were fine. However, it was noted that we were overcharged. The receipt indicated 16 blinds cleaned, when only 14 were actually cleaned. We did not catch it until after we were charged.
Additionally, we ordered two replacement blinds that were to be sent directly to the house. It was to take 3 days, however it is over 3 weeks.
After several calls and told, "we will get this taken care of", no resolution has been received. NO credit to the charge, and now no returned calls.
Very dissatisfied and taken advantage of by the overcharge and no follow up from the company, even the owner. This is a family owned company and NOT recommended.
