Failed to deliver

I placed an order thru their web site

delivery and mark up = 4.95 GBP
Total 37.92 GBP

This order was placed 05.03.2009
Deliver was requested 05.05.2009

This was for an 81 year birthday gift
The flowers never arrived - but my credit card was charged
I have contacted the company by email - which is a Kenny Crouch - [email protected]
he keeps telling me to call an 0800 number which does not work form the USA. I email back explaining that this number does not work for overseas - I have requested a credit back to me credit card - but have heard nothing Also the web site has another number for overseas to call but nobody ever answers - even when I call during working hours UK time - I do strongly believe this has to be a scam site and do not want anyone else to be disappointed as I was.

No answer

Ok...heres the jist, I live in the USA, and recently my mother (whos lives in the UK) was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, so as any other loving son would do...he decided to send her a few little gifts to put a smile on her face.

I found the website..www.bloomingbritain.com, did a google on the company to make sure it wasnt a scam, the site is listed on so many sites, so I though, ok...I'll use them.

I purchased the items with my credit card, and thought nothing of it, phoned my mother to say she would be receiving a surprise on Tuesday.

Nothing arrived, nothing arrived on Wednesday either.

I phoned their 'customer service number', and all I got was 'you are position no 2' and then I was on hold for ages, no one answered the call.

I have emailed them so many times asking about the delivery, faxed them, called every number I could find. And still nothing.
