Membership not needed
I had ordered flowers online for mothers day and was unaware that I was going to be charged $9.99. I have only used this service the one time. I do not need the membership and should not be charged for it and would like that $9.99 credited back to me!

Unauthorized Charge
I'm consistantly getting a $9.99 charge on my checking account for BLOOMSRWRD800-371-6048 HAYMARKET. I did not sign up for this and I've had to charge my debit card to fix this isssue and file a dispute.

no rewards only monthly fee.
I signed up for Blooms Rewards for coupons for resturants, movies etc. and not recieved any. I want to cancel.

Can't cancel
I can't seem to cancel this I have tried many times but month after month the $9.95 continues to come out. and suggestions.I ordered flowers for a funeral in April.The company had to cancel my order because they couldn't deliver bofore the funeral, and I still get charged for some REWARD program.Funny! Any suggestions, or am I going to have to cancel my checking acct.

Unauthorised charges on my credit card
I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother and sister who live in usa I like in the uk. I have noticed the strange monthly charge on my credit card and it turns out this company have been charging me $9.95 per month for absolutely nothing. There isw nothing on their order details to say that a one off purchase will accrue a longstanding debt, Carole Charles.

Unauthorized charges
Have been charged $9.95 for the previous three months. These charges were not authorized by myself at Blooms Rewards. Everyone should check their credit card statements. I don't recommend doing business with them if this is the way they treat their customers.
