when ordering flowers through ohio.com obituaries site. I was rerouted to bloom.com where I oredered flowers for a funeral to be delivered next day since that time I have been charged every month even after calling saying I never signed up and wanted this stopped immediatley. I feel very betrayed to have been taken advantage of in such a time of grief. As a result I will never order flowers online again.
this has been six months and they are still charging me monthly to date.
