Blow Hot is an Indore based company, selling gas stoves. I bought a 4 burner stove from their counter in the Trade Show at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. They came and installed it, but didn't give me the bill as they had to provide me with an extra attachment. The extra attachment never came, nor the bill, and within days, the knobs of the burners got detached, 2 of the burners stopped working. Apparently they were the burners, for which no lighter is required, in some days they were anyways completely useless. We have been complaining to the sales people, and even reached the owner, who happens to be a lady. We told her all the problems, she said we'll repair everything etc., the sales men said it has to be replaced. I agree with the salesman, as after all how many problems can be fixed!!

But soon enough we knew that no action is being planned from their side, as the lady in 2-3 calls started getting rude, and finally shouted "nahi replace karoongi, kya kar loge". We told her we'll complain, but all efforts were futile, now she doesn't even pick up our phones.

I suggest nobody should fall flat for the extremely good looking burners, as they are of extremely bad quality!
