Blucig is an e-business that sells their own brand of electronic cigarettes.

You might be very tempted into using them, that is, if you don't mind waiting over 2 months to receive the product.

Since I placed my order in June, I've seen email after email explaining that their low on inventory, a mistake was made with my order, that shipping accidentally listed it as shipped, but we lost your package, and I finally gave and and was fed up.

This company has some of the poorest processing and shipping departments I've ever had the ill luck of having to deal with.

They make claims that they can not uphold on their side.

As such, when I placed my order, I was told 10 to 15 days would be the max I'd be waiting to receive my order in the mail. Two weeks after receiving that email, their website stopped taking new orders and I was not notified that my order had been placed on hold. I had to squeeze that information out of them.

After they claimed to have fixed the issue with their processing department and that they had updated their inventory, their new slogan was wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive your product.

Well it's been over 6 weeks and now I'm being informed again that a mistake was made with my order, that no they're inventory wasn't updated and they're still out, and that I'm in a LONG line behind over 350 other orders before I'm taken care of.

If you don't mind the 2 maybe 3 or more month wait, then yes go ahead and order.

But if you'd rather get your product in a timely manner after ordering, I'd find another site.

There are several brands available on http://amazon.com where you can always be assured you'll be taken care of.

Me personally, I'm going to go with http://electronicstix.com where the owner of the site and company will personally answer any questions and inquiries you have through the 1-800 number.

Hopefully my experience with them will go much better whenever BluCig gets around to my refund.
