I want to say, I will not be shopping at the Blue Barn store. I wanted to exchange the dog food that was mouldy inside the bag. So I took it back the next day, I asked to see a manager about exchanging the bag of dog food that I brought back. The manager laughed at me for wanting to return it. He treated me like dirt. I had a receipt for the bag of dog food. He stated you have got to be kidding you want to return a bag of dog food, which was mouldy. I said yes. He treated me like I was a unpleasant person and actually laughed in my face. I was very deeply offended.
I will not be shopping at the Blue Barn store any more, not with this kind of service.
