Be careful!!! There are agents calling former clients who lost money with Vacation Sales and Marketing saying that they are now with Blue Chip Marketing. Tom Newkirk called us after hearing nothing for a year and losing the money we paid to Vacation Sales and Marketing. We were told their office flooded and the company went bankrupt.

For additional money, which must be sent by moneygram rather than credit card, there is supposedly a buyer lined up. Funny thing is we did our homework and found an obituary for the name of the individual who was supposed to be signing on our timeshare the next day. Stories and telephone numbers didn't match up. When we called and started asking questions, we just happened to never hear back from the salesman. Yeah, I will get right on wiring the money so you can screw us again.

Bottom line - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
