refusal to honor return
I wish I had found this site before I ordered a $585 replica Rolex Submariner from Blue Fakes. They have a nice, informative web site and were very cordial and helpful when they took my order by phone. I should have backed out when they told me they only ship COD and do not take credit cards, but I placed the order.
The watch was shipped overnight Fed Ex and I paid for it with a postal money order. No invoice was included. The watch came in a black box with stick-on Rolex letters that fell right off. An instruction sheet was not provided. The watch itself looked very nice, but I couldn't get the movement working, even after winding it as instructed by someone who I spoke with at Blue Fakes. I also noticed a numeral insert had fallen out and was now loose under the crystal. I called Blue Fakes and was told they would ship out a replacement overnight, plus they would issue a call tag for the broken watch. Neither happened. I have called repeatedly and now just get an answering machine. I leave messages which are not returned. I did get through once and as soon as I mentioned a return and refund request, I was hung up on.
I am now filing a complaint with the NYC AG's office for fraud.
For those of you who want a nice replica watch, my guess is that they are all the same junk. Just buy the cheapest one you can find, because the expensive ones are no better.
If, by some miracle, these people actually come through with a new watch or a refund, I'll be happy to post an update and withdraw my complaint...and publically apologize. I just don't expect that to happen. Unless they rectify this situation, my advice is to steer clear of what appears to be a very disreputable operation.

Online scam
Can't order with credit card as they demand COD money order. There is no physical address for this company. Delivered wrong watch and that watch doesn't work. Now they won't answer phone calls, won't answer emails and hang up on me when I do manage to get through. This business is a scam plain and simple.

What a joke
I was scammed by www.bluefakes.com. They sold me a cheap replica and said it was a mistake and would get the right one out right away. Its been 45 days now and still no watch. They kept telling me it was on back order. And now they want reply by phone or email. I hear they will eventually block your number but for now I keep calling everyday. I'm so mad now I am going to order more COD and refuse everytime. If you guys at bluefakes are reading this the laughs on you now. And if you look at www.fakereviews.com they say they are the top seller most recommended. What a joke!

Fraud and cheating
Blue fakes ripped me off but what they don't know is that sometimes you can screw around with the wrong feisty person now here is my plan; first I will collect all the complaints on the net against them Then I file in small claims court in New York and send them all the complaints. This will surely get the curiosity of the judge which will surely send it to the feds. I know I don't have the owner's name but i have several of the addresses they have used in the past. Besides once i file if they don't show up is the court's job to find them.

Stay away from them
The owner of this company insult me over the phone when I ask him to send me the pictures of the gmt master II, due to the poor quality of the pictures of his web Page. He curses for 5 minutes just because I ask him for pictures before paying for the C.O.D also many customers complaint for the lousy quality of this replicas. They are not good at all. We all understand this are replicas, but don't charge costumers $650.00 for something is worth $50.00 in the replica business. Do your self a favor stay away from them.

Terrible experience
I purchased a supposed Rolex Daytona SS for $1350. They sent me a nock off that didn’t even have the correct markings or a working chronograph. I spent 2 months going back and forth with their so-called customer service. One guy even tried to get me to pay for another watch so that he could send me out a replacement. I subsequently have read all over the net how these guys are ripping off everyone. We need to file complaints so that business people like this are dealt with. I filled a complaint at IC3gov. Everyone who is ripped by these people should do the same. IC3.gov.

They're crooks
I bought a watch from blue fakes that was supposed to be a solid gold link watch. It was a cheap gold plated fake. No phone calls returned. These people are scam artists do not send them any money. I lost $825 dollars and I feel these people are breaking the law. I have contacted the authorities in NY and they are working on shutting them down so I would not advise doing business with these people. They will take your money...They sell a $25 product for $800-1100 and falsely claim they are selling something they are not.

Scam charges!
I gave this company my visa account to purchase a watch for my son. They called back and said something was wrong with the computers and I needed to give them a money order when the watch was delivered (COD). When my husband paid the money and I opened the box, the watch was a very cheap watch that I had not ordered. I must have called the company 20 times and wrote just as many emails but noone will return my calls. I also had looked at a website called www.replicainspector.com who rated Blue Fakes 9.5 out of 10. When I wrote to them, I knew they must be affiliated with Blue Fakes since other consumers had to be ripped off like myself. Sure enough, they never responded. These companies need to be removed and the owners put in jail for taking advantage of consumers.
