make a payment with no payment recieved
I made a payment to blue hippo for a laptop computer.i never recieve the computer. right now i have been trying to get in contact with them, i just could not reach them by phone or the internet. Please help.

Contract no fulfilled
I brought a Desktop computer through Blue Hippo financing. I completed the financial contract in its entirety but did not receive all the company promised me i.e, $300 rebate and color printer. I've continuously call and keep being told I will be put on the priorty list but still know resonse.

Never gave me my money back!!
I had order a computer bout 3yrs ago & after talking over over again, relize it would take more then 99.00$ before i would recieve it.so i called to cancel my oder they had already debit my acct;, & said they donnot give refunds, & i would have to oder off their webbsite but there was nothg for 99.00$, so yes they still have my 99.00$.so what am i to do.my computer was a dell, i guess, i had cancel my order.so can i get a refund my address has not change, phn number change.please contact me.

not receiving product
blue hippo promised to deliver certain items. its been about two years. delivery service left a notice to pick up item at the main office but item was shipped back to the company. will i ever see that product?

Bad customer service
I cant believe that blue hippo took almost 1200 dollars from me and every time I talked to somme body on the phone from the company they was always rude to me they really ruin my life that money was for to help build up my credit and they trick me can somebody please help get my money i need it to survive it would be wrong if they get away with it I dont even watch tv anymore because of that company its been so stressful.

Never got my free gift
Had an account with Blue Hippo and for months I paid my account. Paid my account in full and was told once the computer is paid for i will rec my free gift. Time went by and i was very patient with their very slow process. I never received my free gift that i was promised. Even though I lived up to my part of the deal why shouldn't they do the same. I believe it was a TV...Can someone please contact me about this. I have been waiting way to long...

Scammed me
Well I seen an ad on Tv back in 2008 so I called them because I was interested in getting myself a laptop. They took $99.00 out of my account..then I canceled it once they changed the amount of the laptop on me..so they credited the [$99.00] to my bluehippo account..They then said I can choose from whatever's online in their advisory to buy with the credit..I chose a MP3 Player that was only $45.00..they told me I had to send in a money order of [$24.21] and they would ship it right out. Well I haven't gotten any type of refunds, any calls, any notifications from Blue Hippo whatsoever.

I have waited for almost 2 years for a credit that is due to me for $196, I have paid the $26 for shipping and have not received my order, my name is Donna muff 9373 Hagar Shore Rd Watervliet mi. 49098 home phone 269-463-8382. I cannot reach anyone, the phone numbers I have are all invalid. jut refund my money and I will be happy, and also refund the $26 I've spent for shipping cost, , I'm getting tired of waiting for this matter to be resolved, I'll be waiting to hear from someone about this credit.

Will not issue my credit due, and I have paid the shipping
Blue hippo will not issue my credit due me, I have paid the $26 shipping charge to order a vcr/dvr como and a camera. I cannot reach anyone to talk about the order, what is the phone number to contact customer service, all the numbers I have are invaild. I am very unhappy with the service, I have been waiting for almost 2 years for this matter to be resolved, I'm very unhappy with the company, they're a big rip-off. they should have refunded my money and I would not have had this problem, they could still just refund my money and I would be happy.i need for someone to take care of this as soon as possible.I would not refere anyone to buy from your company.
