scams
my mother seen a commercial on t.v. About how easy it was to get a computer from blue hippo. i told her it sounds like a scam, she insisted on getting the computer. She end up giving them 800.00! She finaly got ahold of someone that kept giving her the run around. So now she stopped payment and thats all she can do. So blue hippo is b.s.!

I know that thousands ofus have been robbed by Blue Hippo ...When will the BBB and the FED GOV shut them down so that they can"t hurt any one else?

have not received product
Total Scam
Ordered laptop Feb 6 2008 with the promise of recieving it in 13 weeks. 13 months later still have not received. customer service reps have been giving us different versions of
"I am so sorry, I will take care of this immediately"
"Cant imagine what happened"
"Be there in 2 to 3 weeks"
"Be there this week"
"Been shipped will receive in couple days'
But the best part is when they have nothing to say or just dont want to talk to you anymore they just hang up. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office of Colorado and I strongly urge everyone of you to please file complaint with your state. Blue Hippo has already lost to at least 5 other states

We ordered and paid for our computer with the understanding that I was getting free merchandise.

-$300.oo credit good towards next purchase

I have record of all my payments and guaranteed product.
I never recieved anything but the PC
This is not how anyone should run a honest business!

Scam artist company
Pls beware of blue hippo, they r nothing but scam artist and liars. Also beware that if u try and contact customer srv. U will be on hold for a long time then u will be disconnected. blue hippo has been reported to the better business bureau and when I called them they suggested not to do business with blue hippo, also blue hippo has hired a bunch of foreign representatives that speak broken English and they r very aggressive in the attempt to get your business. How does a company get away with these scams? pls. don't do it.

Awful experience
I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo over one year ago. My account has been paid in full since November 2008. I have written two letters and only got a response from one in September 2008 stating that my computer would be sent to me in 2 - 3 weeks. It is now February 2009 and I still have no computer. One sales rep told me that because I missed a payment in February 2008 I had forfeited my right to timely delivery. Blue Hippo gives false advertisement. They state that after making at least 13 consecutive payments your computer will be sent out. That doesn't happen. When you call customer service you are on hold for at least 20 minutes only to be told the same thing each time, your computer will be sent with the next shipment. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you they don't have the ability to transfer your call. I have talked to numerous sales reps including Hugo, John Teasley and just recently Edry. I want my money back. The computer was ordered a year ago to be a gift for my daughter - a gift she never received. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now am left feeling absolutely stupid! I could have saved my money and bought three computer by now. Blue Hippo does horrible business and makes promises that are not kept! As of today, February 24, 2009 I was told that they are sorry and this is an usual situation and my account would be noted as such. WOW! That helps a lot. Just give me a refund!

Online fraud
I ordered a lap top computer from Blue Hippo almost one year ago. After the requirements were fulfilled they were supposed to send me the computer. Month after month they had excuses as to why it hadn't been delivered. I finally stopped payment and got four e-mails in one day demanding money from me. When you call the number they give you you are put on hold for however you can stand being on hold. I held for one hour the last time. I told them that I thought they were ripping me off and they got very angry and belligerent. I need to know how I can get my money back. They owe me over 1500.00.

Terrible experience
I was told that I would receive my new computer in Jan 09. After paying them for 4 months, I still haven't received anything! I have tried numerous times to reach a Blue Hippo representative without success including e-mail, phone calls that lasted up to 2 hours of being on hold and mail. I have lost over $800 on this! If it sounds too good to be true, then it is too good to be true!

They took money I got NOTHING
this is a joke and i was DUMB they took 600 dollars out of my bank account had NOTHINg it was going to be a xmas gift for my kids well that didn't happen then this xmas i got in touch with blue hippo o ya got 600 in your account i mail a money order to get a digital camera. DIDN"T get that... HOw Do they get away with taking our money?
