Never sent any computer items
This company Blue Hippo caused me many negative overdraft and NSF fees. I tried to order a computer from them in July of 2006-2007. I kept calling that company they had my name wrong my address wrong they kept changing their contract on me without notice. Never did anything to cmpensate me for the moneis they had already taken. I lost money with them and the people their are not helpful. There is never a supervisor around, no one returns your calls. I dealt with this for six months. Then I just gave up and they said I could not get my money back I would have to get something from there store. This was a nightmare and I was still trying to see if I could get my money back this company is aweful!!!

Fraud and cheating
I needed a lap-top for work but we have bad credit. My wife suggested going through Blue Hippo. I knew it would cost more but I had to have a lap-top for my job. They were quick to take our money then the trouble started. First they said we would have it in 9 weeks, 9 weeks came and went. After waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes my wife talk to Sammy, a company rep. and he said there was a misunderstanding, that it would be shipped out after 9 payments.
9 payments came and went. NO laptop. My wife was on the phone with them at least 3 times a week. Always waiting, on hold, 20 to 45 minutes to talk to a rep. Every rep. gave her somekind of excuse. The latest is that the company they get the laptop from was having shipping problems. Their add said it would be a Dell laptop but Dell could not discuss this issue with me.
15 payments later still no laptop. We turned everything over to our bank so now Blue Hippo can't take anymore money from our account. And the bank is going to investigate for fraud!!!

my account is 5593089 and i was promised to get a computer which they deduct my money from my bank of $99 and payments and i havent recieved my computer and free items at all.what can i do, i have my bank statements as proof

Fraud and scam
Since I singed up to get a computer, march 9, 2008, I have done my part, paying bills like a good, decent and honest person. My first time too, what a way to start getting into technology. Blue hippo was suppose to give me my brand new computer, all I got from them was excuses, and they were wack, straight up stupid. I put in a lot of money in hopes that I would have my new computer, in first of November. Do not get anything from blue hippo, they are so wickiwack! All I can say is, 'I want my money back!!!

i called about a computer, laptop.they said it would be thirty dollars a month, when they were done it was 69.00every twoweeks which we cant afford since my husband isnt working, every time we tried to call they put us on hold.

Unauthorized charges
Blue Hippo is nothing but a scam artist company they say that their products are affordable well no and then they say that they don't ask for any of my personal information wrong again they ask for social security number once again WTF? Third they always say that my product is on its way bullshit! Any ways to make this short they screw me over with about 400 dollars and it took the company 8 long months to send me my 19 inch monitor that isn't worth that amount of money anyway DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY CALLED BLUE HIPPO!

Making payments since may of 2008 and have not receaved my computer yet.
Have been paying since may of 2008 and i have not reacieved
the computer yet. I have made many calls and they always
tell me that they will send it to me, but I have not reacieved
anything yet. Today I called and I was ask to give my e -mail
address to send me an e-mail telling me when I am going to
recieved the computer, this was this morning and I have yet
to get any response from them.

Rip off
I ordered a laptop computer on February 2nd 2008, it is now October 4th 2008 i have not received the product i have payed for. I have payed exactly $1078.72 and they are still debiting money out of my account, but still more excuses and no product. They say there is no number to there corporate office, and they lie to me and telling me that they will have my shipping date in 7-14 days, . THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THIS FOR ALREADY FOUR MONTHS NOW.

Still Waiting
I purchased my computer from Blue Hippo in 2006 never was late with a payment and it's 2008 and I still have not received my free items promised. I've contacted this company over 50 times and have been unsuccessful with speaking to someone that could really assist with this problem. I've been told on all occassions I've told that this has been escalated to management and someone would be contacting me. I have yet to here from a Blue Hippo rep. I've also been told that my items will be shipped in the next batch in 2006, and I'm still waiting.

Never received refund
I never received my refund and they told be i would get it back and within 30 days, that has been since August 17, 2008, it this the way the goverment treats people, i think that they are behind this. I told them I was layed-off and need the money, but it looks like a Foundation (which is suppose to help people, just ripped us off)
COULD THIS BE THE WAY THE GOVERMENT GETS THERE MONEY BAIL OUT !!!
