Money sc am
I cintacted bluehippo several time concerning my money and tv and all i get is that they want me to send money for shipping but the tv is less than the money taken from my checking account. idont understand why if iam no longer interested in product then why cant i have my money bac with interest for twelve or more months. in all electronic stores i know return your money if your not pleased with product or service, its un-american not to return any consumer money becaue of trickery and improper sells practices.at this time when our nation is mired in the worst recession in the history of this country is very unfair and most definitly obserb.

Scam
We did not get the things that Blue Hippo tolds us that we would get. Like LCD TV. Printer, camera. and a 320.00 rebate I don't believe that Blue Hippo was true about what they said they would give me. i have read other reports from other customers about how they didn't get the stuff that they were promised from Blue Hippo. I do believe that this is a SCAM. Another thing is about the REBATE that they claim they would give, but inorder to get it i had to go online, and when i did it still didn't come.

Unauthorized changes
When I originally got into my contract with this company, I was told that I had to make five payments and the product would be shipped to my address. Well, after the fifth uninterrupted payment I called the company four times before I could even get in touch with a customer service Rep. who then told me that I was never told five payments, it is actually all of the payments that were required to receive my computer and printer. I then continued to let the company take the money out of my account and the balance never seemed to go down. I then contacted the customer service dept. again to try an make a one time payment to settle the account and the company messed up the amount told to take out of my account and then blamed me, my bank charged me for the mistake and I then became angry, cancelled the account with the company and was then told that I could not get my money back and that I had to spend the $596 in the store but the shipping could not come out of this money I had to send it separate regardless of whether or not the product I ordered was less than the amount I had in credit. So the company still has my money and I have since purchased a computer from another company and Blue Hippo still has the money they took out of my account.

ORDER A COMPUTER
I order a computer over year ago and was not in stock, I order another computer and still no respones. Your company has over $1006.93 plus $61.15 of my money and still no computer. I would like to some one to help me resolve this issue to get a computer ASAP or my money back. I'm using my job computer which I'm not allow to do, but I need a resoluation.

paid $99.00 but cancelled order, no refund or purchase of other items
I paid $99.00 deposit for a Brother MFC 3360C Desktop computer. I cancelled the order within 3 days. I was told I could purchase another item for the deposit, but item never mailed. MONEY REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH PROMISE OF COMPUTER AND OTHER ELECTRONICS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY ABOUT MY PRODUCTS ORDERED. TO DATE STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED PRODUCTS ORDERED. CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.

never got refund
I never recieved my hundred dollar refund. I also have called and spoke with a customer service worker who said they would give my refund. As of today 2/5/10 I have not recieved my refund. I would really appreciate if i could fget my 100 dollar refund.

never recieved item
I was going to order a computer through Blue Hippo and gave them my information in December of 2008. In Feburary of 2009 I cancelled my order and as agreed I purchased a camera through them with the money they had from me. I even sent in another 67.00 to close down the account and bring everything current. As of Feb. 04, 2010 I have no camera. I call and I get the same story over and over. It will be sent out as soon as the system releases it. I ask to talk to a supervisor and I am told that there is none. It has been over a year. This is the worst company EVER!!

rip off/scam
In the first place I want to thank this company for helping to make me much wiser! November of 2008 I started the process of buying a computer from this company. I sent the initial payment, then within the 3 day grace period I did cancel the order, but instead of refunding my money, they issued a credit to use toward other purchases. Okay, I could live with that. Several months later I chose a portable DVD player, paid the other 27.00 needed for shipping and waited. It's now been a year, and I'm still waiting. When i go to their "joke of customer service online" site, I'm shown the DVD player that WILL be sent. I tried calling their phone number on several occasions, I'm asked what the call is in reference to and for my account number/or social, put on hold, and then, almost immediately put on hold or will wait on hold for up to 45 minutes and THEN cut off. When i try to call right back, the phone will pick up and cut off immediately without even an opportunity to talk to a person. I sent them a letter threatening the better business bureau, and my lawyer and got no reply. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

Never received paid for merchandise
In April, 2008 I ordered from a television ad for a combined 52" flat screen television and Dell desk top computer. I paid a deposit of approximately $124. Immediately after, I paid $45.99, and thereafter for the next year, i.e., until April 2009, I paid $45.99 on a weekly basis. These funds were taken directly out of my checking account. Approximately in June, 2009, I did receive the computer. I have never received the television. When I initially telephoned Blue Hippo, in July, 2009, they assured me that I would receive it within 10 days. When the television did not arrive, I telephoned repeatedly, but the phone first had a busy signal and then went dead. I would like to expose this company's fraudulent practices, as well as receive my fully paid for television.
