I sent in all paperwork and final payment including shipping and processing fees in August and all was final on 8/31/09 and was told to expect shipment in 2-4 weeks. Here it is December 19th, 2009 and no tv yet. Every time i've called shipment is and on by 2 weeks. It's now been a total of 19 weeks and going on 20. What can i do? When i call, i'm on hold for 1-1/2 hours or more. When i finally talk to a live person they are rude and nasty with me. I just want my money which is over $450.00 or my Tv set.

My husband and I were going to order a computer through Blue Hippo and I called and placed the order and then before they even took the deposit for it out of my account I called and cancelled my order and was told that it would still come out because they couldn't stop it but it would be refunded to my account. I'm still waiting for my money and now their website isn't working and I can't get through on the phone ether. Not sure what I should do. I purchased a computer over a yr ago from Blue Hippo and still trying to get my rebate and TV as promised and now try to call and it rings busy all the time. I got the same story all the time from them itll be there in 4 to 8 weeks adn its been over a yr and still dont have nothing, Im PISSED off at this deal, i made sure i never missed a payment and always paid on time just to get my free gifts.

I ordered my computer and put down my deposit under the understanding that I would get my computer while making my payments. When I didn't receive my computer like promised, I called and cancelled. Of course they always told me that there were no supervisors available and it seemed like I talked to the same three people every time I called. They informed me that I could use the down payment as in store credit but they would not refund my money. I agreed and sent them even more money to finalize my order and they said it would be sent out in seven to ten business days. That was about three months ago and I have still not received my merchandise. Now when I call, the line is disconnected and I have not been able to access their web site. This company is not only out there just to get your money, but also has the worst customer service. I would never recomend that anyone use BLUE HIPPO.

I AM SO FUCKEN PISS.I KNOW THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE KNOW WERE I COMING FROM, IT SOUNDED SO GOOD TO BE TRUE, AND THEIR STUPIED COSTUMER SERVICE WAS WACK THEY COULD NEVER GIVE A TIME OR DATE THE SAME BULL SHIT EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL. I PLACED MY ORDER AND FIRST 99.00 THAT WAS ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT SINCE 12/10/2007 I RECIEVED MY COMPUTER JUST THIS YEAR JULY 2009 AND I HAVENT RECIEVED MY REBATE OF 999.00 I WAS ALWAYS EARLY AND GAVED MORE ON MY BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS. ESPECIALY MY DIGITAL CAMERA AND PRINTER. I THINK THAT BULL SHIT AND SAMETHING NEEDS O BE DONE.
