Plain and simple they are thieves they took money out of my account with out a signed agreement and when they credited it back to me they kept 30 % for nothing and two years later I am still waiting for the tv I ordered the customer service has not responded to me nor have they sent my merchandise even after I sent another payment of $40 for shipping and handleing I want these thieves to give me back my $800.00 all of it not part of it and I want them shut down, they do not help anyone they are scam artist.

It has been two years and they still will not give me my money back so i tryed getting something different though them with the money they owe me and they say they need more money. please dont use blue hippo they are a scam. now how do i get my money back out 600.00 dollars.this is not a way to help people with bad credit they take your money and run and when you try to call them it takes forever to get thur. i am not giving up. will keep trying to get my money back. instead i went to walmarts got the same computer cheaper i put it on lay away please dont use blue hippo scam.

I like many people saw the Blue Hippo commercial on TV and called to order a labtop that comes with a free lcd monitor and printer on October 2, 07. Well my family lost our home on October 12, 2007 due to forclosure. I called Blue hippo to cancel the oder on Oct.31, 07. Instesd of cancelling my order my account was still debted in October, November, and December. I Never received any paper work or any computer. After being charged bank charges with my bank I found out that Blue Hippo had taken a total of $559.90. I immediately called Blue Hippo to find out what was going on.

The customer service agents wouldn't transfer me to a any supervisors. I finanally spoke to an account specialist on Feb.27, 08. He told me thatI had 2 options: store credit or cancellation. I wrote a letter to the legal department in Baltimore MD on Febuary 28, 08. Then after not hearing from them I called in Last Wedneday and Thursday. I spoke with two account spaecailist this week. They both have pretty much told me that as of right now I can only get a store credit. I just don't think this is right for a company to do to a person.

In October 2007, I wanted to get started in trying to work on a computer based work from home job to get additional income, to start preparing for retirement, and getting a family union sponsored. I am now 55 years old. I had a problem with my credit at the time and could not get anything on credit. I heard about Blue Hippo selling you computers with no credit or bad credit and I signed up for it. They wanted $75.00 a pay, I asked for a lower rate and gave me $55.64 instead. The paper states that I would get this computer after 4-6 weeks of payments as long as they were consistent. I authorized them to take the money from my checking account and still today I have no computer. They are giving me the run around that the computer is being built, before Christmas I was told it would be shipped on December 28, 2007 and still no computer.

I called again the other day and they said they would send my inquiry to upper management and I should hear from them within 7-10 days. I asked if they could send me a printout of my payment history, they told me to go on the computer and get it, well I don't have a computer to go on. I am doing this at work, which I'm really not supposed to be doing but I am desperate. I went on my computer at work to try to see if I can get the printout and this is where and when I found out that Blue Hippo is a rip off.

Could you please help me to get my money back. I don't even want the computer now, it's probably trash if they even have any. I just read that they are being sued for taking peoples money and never delivering the product. And all you could get from them anyway was a store credit.

I made payments on a wide screen flat television 2 months ago and was promised delivery in 6-8 weeks and have not seen ii as of yet. There is no notification of delivery or intent to deliver sent out as of yet.
