I made all my payments on time, never defaulted on any of them. My balance has been paid off for over a year. Every time I call and ask about my rebate and free gifts, they tell me they have been processed and I can expect them in the mail. But am still waiting! I think this is really bad business and if we didn't pay them, we would have our credit affected. So they should honor the same code of ethics.

The company Blue Hippo, Say I would receive my computer in few weeks. I need have money draft from my checking account of $99 dollars down and weekly draft of $39 from my checking account. I agree to the terms. I never receive any documents to sign, in order to receive my computer. Seven months past by I called Blue Hippo to cancel my order. They charge a fee of $299 dollars to cancel membership on July 23, 2007. Over the phone that I would receive my refund in three to six month of $1, 100 dollars. Since July 23, 2007 I have not receive my refund. Today is August 16, 2008, everytime I called Blue Hippo personal over the phone they say " your money will be in your account any day now".

Blue Hippo took money out of my account when they had no promistion to do so. When I asked to close my account with them, I was told I could not get my money back, but could go online and get something from their store at the amount they withdraw from my account.

Blue Hippo gave me the run-around from the beginning. I was told to be patient that it was being shipped . a supervisor was never available to talk to. finally I got suspisious and canceled my PC order after investing $543 into it without missing a payment. I was harassed when I was trying to cancel my order by the CSR. He was very rude to me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor of course there wasn't one available. I finally got the guy to cancel my order but was told there were no refunds and I would have to take a store credit. Fine, I picked out a flatscreen TV and still had to send them a money order for $137 for shipping and the difference. I have been told for 3 months now that my order is still being processed and it would take 4-6 weeks to ship the TV. I have received one email form a Tomas Roa saying my order has been processed. that was 3 months ago and i email them weekly and no reply.

I still havent receive my computer. I call every single day and they only tell me that is about to leave the warehouse anytime now and to allow more time.
