Overcharge.....
I PURCHASED A DELL COMPUTER ON LAY WAY TERMS... FROM OCTOBER LAST YEAR AT THE TOTA OF $2, 000 + AND EARLY THIS YEAR... I WAS OUT OF WORK. DUE TO THAT I MADE NUMEROUS CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME OUT. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I FINALLY GOT THROUGH. I TOLD THEM OF MY SITUATION. SINCE THEY DO NOT REFUND ANY MONEY BACK BUT I COULD SHOP INTO THEIR STORE-ONLINE AND OBTAIN AN ITEM THAT IS EQUIVALENT TOTAL MONEY PAID. MY TOTAL PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE WAS $13340.73. BUT THE ITEM THAT I WANTED THAT ALMOST EQUIVALENT TO THAT WAS $1 132.41. SO I WAS LEFT WITH $208.32.. WHITH THIS BALANCE COULD STILL COVER THE TAX AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING BUT THEY STILL WANT ME TO SEND A MONEY ORDER OF $109.00.

never recieved my pc
2 years ago I had applied for a pc I had given my bank account number spent over900 out of my account and never recieved a pc or anything for that matter. Now I have finially been able to buy a pc, and im trying to see if there is anything out there for me. I am a single mother with 3 kids and put my trust in a company that likes to screw people over, I do not collect any help, I just dont have credit.

No customer service
I have been trying to assist a consumer with a complaint regarding Blue Hippo Funding...www.bluehippo.com. I called their media relations department and have not received a return call. I then called their sales department and was put right through to someone...the CSR's name was Zack and his ID# was 2100. He was most professional, courteous and polite but he could not help me. He then gave me the toll-free number for customer service, 800-383-6557. Interesting fact I observed...when I called sales I got right through to someone but when I called customer service it took several minutes for me to be able to speak with someone. I guess you can tell what their highest priority is as a company...making the sale and getting the money. Customer service obviously is their second or third priority it appears.
When I finally got through and spoke with a CSR he refused to give me his name or ID number. When I asked to speak with someone concerning a consumer's complaint he told me that there was no one available to help me. I asked him to please get me a supervisor or someone in management to speak with me. He refused and hung up on me. I am not impressed with how I was treated by the CSR at Blue Hippo.
Consumer BEWARE and BE AWARE before doing business with this company. After the way I have been treated I would be very wary of them. If you do business with them, please make sure that you get everything promised to you in writing. Do not accept any verbal agreements made by a sales representative from this company.

account paid out, no computer
i paid out my account an d i called to see when my computer would arrive and they said within a few weeks. i waited 4 weeks and the computer never came. I called again and they said it was in process still. Please write back so i can see hoe to get my refund.

have not received computer
I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo in Feb, 2008 and have paid it off in full and still have not received my computer. Everytime i call customer service they say the same thing that they are waiting on a order number so that they can send my comuter or they say it will be mailed out in the next shipment.

yo hize un contrato con ustedes yo segui todo lo que me decia y me dijieron que despues de los 13 pagos me ivan a mandar la computadora y ya iva en el 22 pago y no me mandan nada y ablaba ala compania y solo lo que me desian en cualquier momento le va a llegar yo ya estaba cansado de la misma palabras qe me desian entonces yo soy responsable y ustedes no por eso hoy 04-20-2009 desidi cancelar la cuenta con ustedes por inresponsables y espero qe me regresen mi dinero.grasaias

REFUND OF MONEY
On or about 2/22/09, I called Blue Hippo for a Lap Top Computer purchase. After a lengthy period of time i finally spoke with a representative who was able to convince me to make a purchase pending sending documents that i needed to sign and return back. After I received the documents, the quoted Price of the Lap Top was different than he had offered to me. So I decided to call them back for more clarification on the price and was referred to another department. I was unable to reach anyone after several attempts and lengthy periods on the phone. I only get recorded messages and no live attendants for several weeks. In between times, Blue Hippo have been able to withdraw some amounts of $99.00 and $69.98 from my checking accounts even after I went to their web site & requested that my order be canceled & my money returned back. My account # is 6808646.

I HAVE MADE $2125.56 IN PAYMENTS TO BLUE FOR A COMPUTER I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED, I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND I AM TRYING TO GET A REFUND.
I NEED HELP, I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND EMAILS, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS (THEY PUT ME ON HOLD, I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS AT A TIME) THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY EMAILS.

I ordered a desktop computer from blue hippo in march of 08. In a verbal contract i stated that i would make all payments on time and send all paper work in completed (in which i did) In their portion of the contract they stated that after 6 initial payments were met and all paperwork was signed and returned they would send out a new dell desktop. The computer should have been shipped in August 08. At present March of 09 I still have not received the computer. Have sent several faxes to "upper Management" who refuses to send me anything informing me of my status. Calling customer service is a joke, I have made countless calls waiting on hold for hours for the rep to tell me the computer is ready to be shipped and will go out on 1 of 3 shippments that go out a month..still no computer. I do not see how this is legal the company being in a breech of contract and all, I do not see how this company has not been forced to close. Being that now I see that i am not alone in this struggle with " the top computer lending company" or so they advertise on television. Something needs to be done with this company!!!
