The following message was emailed to me regarding Bluescape Properties. Please note the contents in this message is 100% true. Bluescape new DBA is Universal Property's. The are operating out of Orlando, FL not Las Vegas, NV. I worked for this company. It is a total scam. I repeat, TOTAL SCAM!

"Hi, I have posted many things against Bluescape and have found out that they are now operating under the name of Universal Propertys. Strange, but all the contracts, addresses, fax names etc are the same as Bluescape. I have posted new complaints on the ComplaintBoard website, under Universal Propertys. I have received new faxed contract from them. Of course, I told them I wanted to sell my timeshare for $4, 000, but they just happened to have a buyer wanting 3 locations just like mine and since I was offering mine up to sell, I could be included in that sale. They told me that I would receive $21, 500 + $2, 000 for unused weeks in the bank + my escrow/closing fee of $2, 300. At closing I will receive $25, 800 and thatis on 11/18. Of course they want the $2, 300 in a cashier’s check now. Fax all info to a Nevada number (same as bluescape), even though my EFAX/Jconnect fax they sent it to, says the fax came from 1650 Sand Lake, Orlando, FL…….. I have done a lot of ground work on these scumbags and if you ever need it, I am here. Review my posts under Universal Propertys (not up yet)."
