BlueBean staff lacks manners
I received a call today from Blue Bean Credit Card Division telling me that my account is over due. I will admit it that is it overdue but that is not the reason for the complaint.
On receiving the call the guy asked me why I did not make the full payment as demanded, I tried to tell him that I only paid half and would pay the rest on this Friday because I did not have the whole amount. However he did not give me a chance to talk and just kept talking. He told me that I must pay this amount and just slammed the phone down in my ear. I wish BlueBean could go back and listen to the recordings and hear this for themself.
This is very unproffesional service and I decided today that once the account is paid up I will close this account and rather try another institution because of this rude behavior.

No response for 16 months
In April 2008 I asked Blue Bean (in writing) to consider the policy with Blue Bean regarding being retrenched. I was immediatly informed regarding recieving the querie and informed that I will be informed shortly. I followed up at various occasions, with the standard response being, that a reply will be given shortly. The account were then handed over to the collections Dept. They contacted me, claiming that they can not speak for the insurance dept - seems very much like excuses! I was then referred to the legal dept who conceded that I really have been treated badly - still nothing happened. I was then contacted by a law firm ordering me to pay immediatly. I informed them that as no final amount can be determined, until such time that I recieved an answer regarding my claim, as well as the fact that I am still negotiatin, means that it is actually illegal ( according to the new Credit Act) to refer such a case to legal process. I then informed them that I would wish to go to court, as to explain how this big companies misuse their power and intimidate customers illlegally as to force their will on to the weak. I was also listed(illegally I May add.

They are not dealing with the problem
I had deposited a chq at the van der walt str branch pta and the cashier said he would clear it immediatly. This morning I went to our co-op just to find that this was not the case. We phoned card division and got a reference 10430713 but got cut of when I asked to change my telephone number. Needless to say I had to call back. Again 20 questions, it costs money, and I got transferred to the limits department where the person on the other side was not very willing to help and again 20 questions furtherand 16 munites later when I enquired about my number change the phone goes dead. Now they say they record these conversations so please listen to them. I phone back again to try and clear the situation so I can do my purchase as this chq was a bank chq issued to me. I would suggest the following give us all 13 cultures a chance too choose the tongue we would like to speak with and all this frustration would end as we do not hear the same. Please advise me soonest when my money will be available to me as I have to have by law have an account so the bank can debit my account with costs and so make a living.
