Did not deliver goods I ordered at the beginning of May 2008

Beware of this company! I ordered a Swivel Sweeper at the beginning of May 2008 and still have not received it. I tried phoning this company, but this has not helped as there is no one there to answer it! And emailing is a waste of time too, as they do not reply to them. The company owes me for this sweeper, but does not like refunding. And Google are involved in this company somewhere along the line, as I got the website and order from Google.com This company should not be allowed to get away with accepting orders they cannot deliver. I want my money back. Now!

Still not delivered

I also purchased a swivel sweeper on the 29th April and I’m still waiting! The money has been taken out of my account the day after, but to date I have not been able to contact Bluefold either by email, or phone.

I have also filled out a form from google asking me how was my experience with Bluefold, ha! I said it wasn't very good considering I hadn't received my goods yet!

I should have bought this product thru ebay, it may have cost a few pounds more but I would have had it by now!

Does anyone know how do I claim my money back thru Google?

Very disappointed customer!
