No Computer Received
I order a Dell Computer on 11/06/2007 and have yet to receive it.Have contacted customer service many times and they keep giving me the run around.On May 29th 2008 they said that my computer would be shipped out with the next order.They said to wait 3 to 4 weeks after my order was shipped to receive it.They say they send out orders every 2 weeks.That means mine should have been sent out on the 12th of June.That means as of today it has been 5 weeks. Where is my computer.

never received computer
I signed up in Jan./08. Made payments of $46.65 every two weeks until Dec./08. Bluehippo stop accepting payments in Dec they say due to insuffient funds. I chose to close account and use my in-store credit. I mailed in money order for laptop, but never received it or hesard from them since.

Money was taken from my checking account and I never recieved a computer and have been trying t reach someone for two years.

no refund nor product
I HAD CALLED BLUEHIPPO FOR A COMPUTER. I MADE THE TRASACTION TO LET THEM TAKE THE 99.00 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. SOMEONE TOLD ME ABOUT A CHEAPER COMPUTER. SO I CALLED BLUE HIPPO TO CANCELL THE ORDER A WEEK LATER OR MAYBE 10 DAYS LATER.THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO ONLINE & GET MY PURCHASE CREDIT. IFOUND WHAT I WANTED, ORDERED IT, AND I EVEN SEND THE MONEY ORDER FOR S/H. AS OF 10/14 2009 I HAVE BEEN CALLING. ONE TIME THE MAN TOLD ME IT WAS BACKED UP THAT THEY WOULD SHIP IT TO ME S.A.P. NOW EVERYTHINGS GONE .NO PHONE, NO WEBSITE. I DO WANT MY MONEY OR MY PHONOGRAPH PLAYER.

I ordered a laptop, with free digital camera and flat screen tv. I made payments in full and mailed in all the papers that was requested. when i call to see when i will recive my mercahndice, i was givin the run around and i had to wait 5 to 6 weeks and still havent receive anything.i call again the number was diconnected. i want to know how can i go about getting my money back.

llame por telefono porque mire el anuncio de computadoras y en ese momento nesecitava una y cai en la trampa que pone blue hippo y me pido mi cuenta bancaria y me dijeron que me ivan a cobrar cada quince dias en pago del producto y cai en juego por diez meses y pgue como mas de 1500 dolares y ni me quieren rembolsar mi dinero ni me mandan el producto aahora pido ayuda a todos pra que podamos demandar a bluehippo pra que nos debuelva nuestro dinero que ya emos dado gracias a todos odio a bluehippo.
