BlueHippo stroll my compter back. I had to have my compter fix Dell Tech's were BlueHippo get their computer from once Dell had fix my laptop they sent it back to BlueHippo by mistake the Dell tried to get my compter back they they refuse to give it back I have paid the amount close to $2000.00 that has been taken out of my account it took me 6 month to pay before I got. They were still taking money out of my accout when they took my computer. I had the computer for a month and a half it stop work I called the Dell Tech to help fix it. then two weeks later the computer wouldn't work I couldn't get it to come back on I called Dell Tech's again we tried to fix it over the phone it didn't work so the sent me a Dell box by FEDEX to send to them. it took the about a week to fix it and sent it back the only then they made a mistake and sent it to BuleHippo now I don't have my computer I was paying for. (but Dell sent me one to replace the one I was paying on) "BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF"

I have purchased a webcam from blye hippo on july 23, 2009 i have paid in full & then some now im still waitin for my merchandise. It is dec. 11 2009 & i just recieved another leter sayin i have to wait another 2 to 6 weeks for my product. I really dont know what to do?

on august 14, 2009 i sent a money order in the amount of $36.78 to bluehippo for shipping charges to ship me a camera i had ordered. the money order was cashed on august 24, 2009. their policy and i quote is "Once we receive and process your money order, we will immediately ship your product." it is now dec 1, 2009 and i have not received my camera despit many calls at least once a week, to the company asking where it is. first i was told it would take 4 weeks, after it did not arrive i called and they told me 6 to 8 weeks. after the 8th week i called and was given the run around again. i was told it was in the hands of the shipping dept. but when i asked to talk to that dept. i was told i could only speak to whom ever answers the phone. i ask for his manager he again told me no, only to him could i speak. i feel i may have lost over $300.00 to a bogus company, or they lied all along about me getting the product. even though they didn't hesitate each month to go into my checking account and take money.
bluehippo is a very unreialble company if a company at all. i would suggest that no one do business with them.

I bought a computer in Oct 2006, Bluehippo took payments out until, Dec 2007. I have been calling for seven months, they tell me it has not been approved by their manager, well this past May the 24th, the agent told me it had been approved, for me to receive my two free gift's a LCD TV and a printer.

It will tack four to six weeks to receive them. I called after the weeks were up, and the man who was on the line got very loud and nasty he said you will receive it and he hung up the phone. To me that if false advertisement.

I know that I am probably not the only one.

An offer of a computer with incentives (camera, printer, TV, regardless of credit history)

I saw a commercial of TV (which is also offered on radio) about immediate shipment of a computer regardless of credit history and based upon a bi-weekly payment. I called Bluehippo to assure when such computer, by Dell, (which upon research was valued at no more than $700.00) for which final payment at Bluehippo would value at over $2100.00, with a (sic) $300.00 rebate upon final payment, would be delivered to me UPON INITIAL PAYMENT OF $124.00, which included "sic" enhanced programming. (keep note that all telephone conversations were recorded.) Once Bluehippo extracted my money from my band account, numerous calls were made to their customer service departments concerning delivery of my product.

At first I ask, where are the documents that I am to sign, and forward to their company so I can expedite the immediate delivery of my computer, as promised upon initial payment, (which was already extracted from my account?) They hung up on me. Again, I called and attempted to talk to a supervisor and was told that such was not available. (this can be verified as Bluehippo claims to record all conversations by telephones) but not to let my feelings get involved, let me stick to the facts! Im in a borrowed computer room, and time is of essence. Such documents were emailed to me. I signed them and emailed them through my buildings social workers office.

I called Bluehippo again and was confirmed receipt and to call in two days for confirmation of delivery of my items. Upon calling them, again, they hung up on me. After numerous attempts, I was finally told that I could not receive anything until I made nine (9) payment of an additional $90.00 dollars before they will either consider a delivery date... (such payments would actually amount to the full payment of what the Dell company sells such computers) which amounts to one third of what BlueHippo is selling the computer to me and all its' other clients...) Dell sells that specific computer for approx. $700.00, Bluehippo sells it for over $2100.00 under the guise of my getting such on "sic" without credit check.

As you can see, Bluehippo is a scam. nine (9) payments, which Bluehippo requires, would amount to full payment for the purchase of such computer, and some...

But, I was coursed under the guise that such computer would be DELIVERED to me UPON INITIAL PAYMENT! by its' sales representative when I called the number that was offered opon viewing their TV commercial.

They lied to me! They robbed me! And upon viewing the BBB, I note that Bluehippo has an extremely bad credit rating, coupled with numerous litigation actions against their company for the same stuff that I am experiencing with their company.

They robbed me for $124.00. which amounts to a lot of money considering how many other poor people they've manipulated by their enticing false advertisements throughout radio and TV.

Please, DON'T BE COURSED BY BLUEHIPPO! THEY ARE ONLY ROBBING PEOPLE BY THEIR LIES AND DECEIT.

I no longer submit to any online purchases! and anyone who calls and or sends me email concerning any sales online, will know and feel the wrath of my anger for what Bluehippo has done to me!!! And God forgive me if ever I become rich... My sole target would be Bluehippo.com, and all those who work there...
