Where to start lets see my husband and I went with this company in the hopes of getting a new computer and acumilate good credit well thats what the said they would do we sind a contract with them in Sep. of last year in the grement with them they told use that if we paid them six payments of 45.99 that after the sixth payment that they would have our computer sent out within 7 to 10 bus. days well it is now the mild of Feb. and evey time I call them they keep telling me the same thing that it would be 7 to 10 bus. days well now I feel that they are not ever going to send me my computer so I desided to get in tuch with the news companys that I can because I have 4 children that realy need that computer for school and now I'm out 880.43.All I won't is my money back os I can go out and buy them a computer befor school is out so if there is anything that you or anyone you know that can help it would be very appreciated.

I am a single mother of 3 kids and I got a news letter in the mail about how I could get a computer without a credit check. So I called and at first I was not going to do it because I had to give them all of my banking information and ssn and I didn't want to do that and the agent I was talking to told me how important it was for me to get the computer for my kid's so I let him talk me into getting the computer and he told me I would get a free colored printer and a flat screen LCD t. V a cramer and a $200.00 Gas card. So I paid my $99.00 Down payment and 3 $69.00 Payment's and I talked with them again on the phone and they told me I would not get the t. V, gas card that was not part of the agreement and they just lied to get me to order the computer and take my money.

i bought a sony vios computer in april i spent $1000.00 of my money they said to me i would have it until june now its september and i still dont have it. every time i call they say another couple weeks i think they should be shut down for fraudulant activities i ask them for my money and they said no refund and that my money is now a credit if so send me my product. im soo furious can somebody help me get my money back

my name is ritchie castro i send the money order to bluehippo on march, bleuhippo recieve the money oder march 15 2009 .they process the money for 1 month june 15 2009. they told, they will send my laptop 6 to 8 weeks it's more than 14 weeks i dont recieve anything. when i call them the are telling me different story. i think this company is scam . and i call the consumer report about this matter . be careful everybody to join this company

In March of 2008 I ordered a computer from BlueHippo, and was told that after 13 payments I would receive my computer.I was late on a few payments. As of march 3 2009 my account has been paid in full. Every time I call I ask to speak to upper management, but they tell me that they can not put me through because they will get fired. ( how stupid does that sound)? I thought that was what upper management was for. The customer service would not let me talk to a supervisor either. After March 3rd. I called at least 3 times a week, for two or three weeks. After being told every time that my account has not yet been reviewed by upper management. They say that I should be recieving my computer within 7-10 business days. It is now August 16, 2009 and still I have not received my computer. To anyone who is thinking about going through BlueHippo for financing, (DON'T DO IT!!!) For the price of what they charge you could go elswhere and buy 2 computers. Thank you for letting me vent my frustrations. I hopes this helps other people who are thinking of going through BlueHippo for computers. I wish I had done my research first. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN.
