When I first called BlueHippo in response to a newspaper ad, I was told things that turned out not to be true, For starters, the computer described to me over the phone is not the same that appears on an order information form sent to me. Also, I was told that I would be sent a $250 gas card, a free digital camera and color printer. $99 was immediately taken off of my bank card after which some documents were going to be sent to me which never happened until I called and complained. I finally received the documents after two more payments of $69/ea were taken off my card. I disagreed with the information on the documents sent to me and immediately called BlueHippo and cancelled before they could take any more money out of my account. I was told that I could not get my money back and had to buy something from a website. I am on a very limited monthly income (SSI) and didn't want anything from their website. I don't ever remember being told during the initial phone conversation that I couldn't get my money back if I decided to cancel. Had I realized that then I never would have signed on.

I placed an order with BlueHippo in January 2008 and paid for it in full thru the layaway plan in February 2009. After several phone calls to their customer service beginning in June 2008, I finally received my product July 2009. I still have not received the rebate yet.

Complaints:
1. Waiting on hold to talk to customer service for 90 minutes.
2. Unable to talk with supervisor or anyone who could give answers to my questions.
3. No refunds
4. Receive free gifts several months before receiving the product paid for.
5. Not receiving rebate.

I order a computer from BlueHippo almost a year ago. I stop the payment from coming out my checking account because I was missed informed. Per the contact, I can not get my money back, so I order the computer thru there catalog about two months ago. I have a balance of $1008.64, the computer was $801.00 and I had to send them $61.15 for the taxes and shipping, which there still will be a balance. When I try to chat with them on-line, I'm getting a message stating they need my lay away plan which I did not sign the contract. So I sent them all the papers I had including my statement, copy of money order, message that I'm getting when I try to get my shipping information and the order form for the computer, which was sent certify mail last week.

I have been trying to reach some one by phone and e-mail but no one has contacted as of yet. I'm very up set because these people has my money and not try to communicate with me to resolve the issue. In addition: I wrote to BBB and they could not help and this was the first time I was able to chat on-line and informed I had to order from the catalog.

I hope you of some one can help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I ordered the Bluehippo computer and I was gping to get the colored printer and the 19 inch lcd t.v but when i paid my down payment and two payments I talked to them and they told me i was not going to get the t.v and lied and said they did not tell me they were going to give me the t.v so I had no choice to cancle my order so I fill they took my money and ripped me off and i'm not happy with them at all they owe me $238.96 and they need to pay me back or do what they are suppost to

I contacted bluehippo funding to order a computer in november 2008 and i kept all agreements i made all payments and i havent received my product yet and when i call to speak to someone im hunh up on and theres never a supervisor available.
