I ordered a computer, they promised me a computer would be delivered, told numerous times it was on it's way, they kept taking money out of my account every month, my account was closed. I stopped putting money into the account, when time went by, and I received no computer. I complied with Blue Hippo, and their conditions, they did not live by there own guidelines. I would appreciate my money returned. Blue Hippo is nothing other than a scam, I have spoke with others whom feel the same. All I want is my money back!

On June 23, 2008 I put into motion a contract with Blue Hippo, thinking that this would have been a ligitmate purchase. I have spent over a $1000.00 dollars on a computer and some other software that I may never receive. When begining this contract I explained to the customer service rep that I was on a fixed income but was interested in getting a new computer and they led me to believe that this was the avenue to make that dream come true. It has been 6 months later and not only have I not received my computer but I have been unfairly treated by every customer service person I have come in contact with that works for that company.

I have since then contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that I am among hundreds if not thousands of consumers having the same problem with the one company. They have drained my checking account and left me feeling disgusted and helpless. I have had to visit my physicians office on numerous occasions due to this event. It has caused my blood pressure to sky rocket and has caused mutiple adverse affects on my health.

I just want to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and get all the monies I have put into this investment refunded to me. This has caused an unexpected hardship on me and my family, so if there is anyone out there who can give me some sound advice or legal help I would greatly appreciate it.

NEVER THE ABILTY TO SPEEK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. NETHER A COMPUTER RECEIVED AFTER PAYING OVER A YEAR.

I ordered a computer from these scammers and paid my account in Full on time! I have yet to receive my free gifts and 300.00 dollar rebate. I have called customer service 100 times, got nowhere. I called the Headquarters only to be referred back to customer service. I filed a formal complaint with State Dept of justice. They have gotten a form letter of crap!!
I am fed up!! There will be a class action suit as soon as I can find the right attorney! BlueHippo is a joke. They will continue to rip off everyone unless they are demolished!!

After paying all payments in full and paying all shipping requirements, BlueHippo has still not shipped my item. It has been 1 full year since I placed the order. I had to cancel one order and place another and they said that was the delay. I have paid a lot of money for this Laptop and have not received it after a year. Ridiculous!!!
