BlueScape Rip Off
I was contacted at home byBlueScape Timeshares stating they had a buyer for my timeshare. They wanted me to send $1, 500 for escrow. When I asked was this a sure deal they stated it was. I told them I had seen complaints on the internet and they stated the complaints were from one disgruntled customer that had problems on their end and so the deal could not go through. They said the deal would go through unless there was a problem on my end, like being behind on payments, lien on property etc. They said they were a member of the online Better Business Bureau. The paperwork they faxed to me stated it was an advertising fee. However they said it was definitely for escrow but they had to be able to sell my property so I needed to sign the paper. I did but put to the side that this was only if they had a buyer for my property. The closing was suppose to be 8/4/2010. They were suppose to send me paperwork on the closing. However, that day came and went. They wouldn't return phone calls after they received the money. I recorded several of the conversations and have proof of their deception. The buyer they stated that planned on purchasing my property was Thomas Walton. Please do not deal with this company. They will take your money and turn rude after they have received it. I will be filing an official complaint with Nevada's Attorney General. I also plan on getting anyone else that would listen to me to broadcast their deception. I will submit a story to Dateline. They don't know who they have messed with. I will spend $50, 000 to get the $1, 500 back. I also want them to go to jail. I plan on doing all I can to make this happen. I do have proof. I won't mention names yet but I have and will to the proper authorities.
