Stay far away from them
I bought a bulb that lasted 6 months (half of the warranty) I shipped the bulb back to them 3 weeks ago and they do not respond.. DON'T BUY THOUGH bluestar-online !!

They are extremely quick to take your money but it ends there
Received defective bulb ($109). Attempted to call but no response, customer service mailbox is full so unable to leave message, all 'operators' are apparently constantly busy - a joke. Don't be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website and high quality of customer service claims - it's all a sham. They are extremely quick to take your money but it ends there. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR ANYTHING.

There is nobody at the phone number listed and my emails don't get responded to
I to have the same problem that others have. I got the bulb it lasted 5 months and went bad. There is nobody at the phone number listed and my emails don't get responded to. I sent back the bulb a month ago and haven't heard from them yet. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm out $100 PLUS the amount I paid to a contractor to diagnose the problem
I purchased a DLP replacement bulb on June 15, 2009 that was defective. The defective bulb was returned using vendor supplied return material authorization on July 8, 2009. Repeated requests for refund or replacement on August 19th, September 2 and September 22 have been ignored. I'm out $100 PLUS the amount I paid to a contractor to diagnose the problem with the original bulb.

Fraudulent company
I ordered a TV lamp from Bluestar-Online.com and then i found a better price elsewhere so I tried to call them to cancel my order and the voice prompts just take you in a big circle never allowing you to speak to anyone and the mailbox is always full and if you hold for the operator eventually they just hang up. I have tried to e-mail them but the address is not a working address. The number on the paypal site for them is a personal cell phone and it always goes to the voicemail of AL Martino and you never get called back. I am glad that i ordered with paypal because this company is obviously fraudulent and I know PayPal will get my money back when the order goes through. I should have done more research before ordering from these scum. There are nothing but bad things posted all over the Web About this company. You have been warned
