My husband and I booked return flight from Knock to Galgow nov 08 the return flight was cancelled about a hour before boarding due to technical reasons. No one from the airline would speak to us. We had to make our own way home. We were offered nothing as in help with anything or meals or hotel acc. as discribed in their terms and conditions. On writting to them i received £56 compensation which did not nearly cover my extra expenses. I have wrote to the several more times with no reply and have gotten Air Transport Users Council to contact them but they too have had no reply. Were do i go now
