Rash and Irresposibility while driving.
Friends,
Yesterday [27th July 2010] I am driving a my new CAR [six months old car] to office around 9:30 a.m towards my office and suddenly BMTC Bus with Registration No: KA-04 F 8967 Rammed from Back side and Driver was very rash and abusive, indisciplined guy.
I did'nt give an complain in Police station since our whole system is corrupted - i am not having any faith to get justice in this case.
But i am writing this complain to show my frustrations about this system we have and even Police started neglecting these kinds of incidents.
Finally i am claiming insurance for my car - Very unfortunate :(

Tickets not issued
Hi,
This is a serious concern all people face in almost all corners of Bangalore .
In the BMTC buses, now the minimum charge has been raised to Rs.4. But, for a single stop a conductor charges only 3 rupees and he is not issuing the tickets. Not only this, in many cases, the conductor's give us already issued tickets or wrong tickets . Since, bangalore is a city with people from all over our country, for non kannada speakers, this becomes a big problem, as they are not able to ask the conductors more about this .
Please take stern action against this . The government will lose crores of rupees if this prevails all over the city .And the conductors behave so rude if we ask for the tickets strictly .They are not bothered even if people say they are gonna complain. Even, in VOLVO's they issue used tickets again and again .
Please, please please save people and do not let the money into the hands of cheap people which originally belongs to the Government.

road rage
the driver of bus no KA01 F 8565 was driving rashly near yeshwanthpur railway station today, 12th july 2010 at around 4pm, and almost ran me over.if i hadn't applied the brakes at the right moment, my car would have definitely gone under the bus.with all the metro rail work going on in that area, the traffic is already congested, we dont need bus drivers only interested in overtaking other vehicles on the road with absolutely no concern about anybody's safety. i know for a fact that this bus driver did this deliberately because he was trying to overtake my car much before that.

Missing baggage
Yesterday(2.07.2010) my son was traveeling by BMTC Bus No 360B from corporation stop and he got down at devasthana stop at arount evening 7.30pm to 8.00 pm.he has student bus pass. he is a II year PUC student. by that time he was carrying his college bag and his sports bag. in that sports bags has his track pant and spikes shoes and some towels and cloths.that he kept at the centre enterence's next one under the seat. he forgot to take back his spors bag.that was in that bus only and he got down.kindly if that bus conductor or driver has found that please contact to 9845055482. that bag is TIPTOP company bag Grey colour

Lie & Misbehave by conductor
On 27 June 2010, We 3 girls boarded in bus no. KA-01 FA-1917 Route no. 25A from BTM Bus Stop. It was 4:10 pm and we asked for daily pass. The conductor said that pass is closed. So we asked is it a rule that after 4 o'clock the bus pass will not be issued. He said yes, then we took ticket, that too was 3/- more then normal.
After 5 min, when the bus still didn't started, we have seen outside people taking pass. So we confirmed first and asked then he refused that he had said anything about closing .
He was not exchanging ticket for pass.
He misbehaved also with the girls. Also he commented us as outside people and said if we want to talk, talk in kannada only.
Though he know hindi and had talked prior in hindi only.
Now he was saying he dont know hindi at all.
Overall he misbehaved, taken more money, gave wrong info and not even accept his fault and lied .
We seriously want some action to be taken for the bus conductor, so that no one else should face such type of humiliation.

SUGGESTIONS:
Dear Sir
Our daily passes of all the buses finds good access to commuters.
What about children pass for daily access. Will it be half of the charges and less than half. Please provide daily pass for children since it is holidays it will be useful for them to take up summer classes.
Please look into it and seerve our next generation too

Negliegence and rash driving of BMTC bus
Hi,
I travel from Banaswadi to WhiteField everyday on my car.
Today, a BMTC bus (KA-01-FA-611, depot 15) took reverse, where I was satying behind his vechile.
This driver dont have sense to see when he took a blind reverse without even see other vechiles staying
behind the vechile in the heavy traffic near KR Puram Railway Station. In spite of honking this guy has come back, which made me a shock, since behind my vechile also other vechiles staying, I am blocked and not able to move out.
Luckily I also applied the reverse to move little which saved my life otherwise he would have killed me.
Bus number: KA-01-FA-611
Time: ~ 10:20 to 10:40 AM
Place: Near K R Puram Railway station.
Date: 06 April 2010.

hitting my car and breaking outside rear view mirror
Today morning around 10: am or so a BMTC bus No 330 with registration no. KA01 F2758 hit the left outside rear view mirror near Kemp Fort while trying to cut right without looking if there was a car. after knocking off the mirror the bus driver (name unknown) argued baselessly with my driver (as they always do when mistake is theirs) and said do what you want to do and complaint if you wish to and then drove away. my car, a white swift was on the right side and the bus on left side of road and then that bus driver decided to cut right for Go-knows-what reason blindly. I have in the past seen them so so near bus stops where they cut off the traffic to get ahead of other buses ahead of them for some freaked out race they have amongst themselves. But today I was at the receiving end and ended up with a damaged outside rear view mirror with only arrogant unruly behaviour from the driver of the abovementioned bus.

Emission complaint expired
The emission certificate for the BUS # Ka 01 F 2528 of BMTC
(route number 335E) is expired in 2008(as seen in the emission certificate pasted in the bus). Someone need to take action to take care of this.

Conductor not giving back change!
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was enroute to my work place this morning and had an ugly spat with the conductor of BMTC bus KA-01 3546 for not having given the change back even after promising to do so after issuing the ticket. When I reached my destination, the conductor refused to acknowledge that he owed me change and even after several debates he didnt give me back my money. This is extremely unethical and unacceptable. The name of the conductor is Suresh.
I am not sure how many such cases occur on a daily basis and proper action needs to be taken to stop this menace.
This was one of my first few trips by bus and I am just as disappointed as I have been with the Auto functioning in Bangalore.
Kindly take appropriate action against such unruly and corrupt conductors to help people from getting cheated.
