I purchased a 2004 BMW on the 24 May 2011. On the 5 July, I took the car in as it was screaming when in reverse especially in the mornings. Andre asked the mechanics to blow out the rear wheels as maybe there was dust inside, and I should try it for a while. This off course did not work; he just wanted to get rid of me. I also left a sample of the clip to adjust the seat with him. He said he would replace it with a new one.
I went to BMW again on the 12 July, and Andre said he wants to keep the car overnight to check it out for himself. He would have phoned me at 4pm to confirm. I have still not received a phone call regarding this. The clip that was supposed to be ordered had not arrived either.
This is terrible after sales service. I am paying a lot for the car. When my financed was approved and I was considering taking a car from KIA, he called me 3 times a day to confirm the deal. Does service stop there?
This is not the first incident with BMW. I also had one in April, but did not report it. I should have. Is there a way that I can cancel this deal and buy from another company?
