On the 12 of september,   I purchased a new car from bmw north finchley, ed davies wos dealing with me,   I got a new car because my old car kept breaking down.  As soon as I drove the car I could feel it was not driving proper,   I phoned ed davies, he said its because its new u just need to get use to it.  Anyway 2 months later my car wos making a terrible noise,   so I phoned north finchley the receptionist said hes busy it will be better if u cut out the middle man an ring the service department yourself.  I rang them an took it into them,   they did not offer me a another car to drive while they was looking at mine,   anyway 2 days later after me having to keep phoning them as they never phoned me back, they found that the loud noise was comming from a faulty part on the car,   also I complained about the gear box is very stiff he said they done checks thats the way they are.  I do not feel as I have been treated properly by BMW I might aswell of bought a new car from a backstreet garage,   I spent a lot of money on the deposit for this car  and I really ant happy I had to take 3 days off work without all the phonecalls I had to make to them,   I did not buy a new car for it to have faulty part on it and not only that I have been driving round with it for a couple of months  so what else could this of affected in my engine I think the car should be taken back an bmw should give me a new one as now I am worried now about the rest of the car,   I do not need all this grief an I think  a Brand new car should of beed checked before giving them to customers if nothing is done about this I will go to the papers an trading standards because I think  you should give me a new car an componsation for the distress you have caused me its not right and its not fair they have got no customer service skills at all,   I was really happy when I got the new car but BMW have upset me because it should of been checked before I recieved the brand new BMW 1 series your a total joke an I demand somthing is done about this, my no plate is LR58 FSY,   please can u contact me as soon as possible.  yours sincerly E.Walsh
