I placed an order for a book that I believed to have the reputable endorsement from Hugh Downs ( on life insites of secrets to help you live richer, healthier and smarter). This book was received with promotional gifts as expected. I have however received billing and unsoliced shipments of books following my original order that I do not want. I question the fact that this company has no customer service contact number available. I undersand based on complaints viewed on line that unsoliced orders will continue to be received after this company is notified that a stop shipment and cancellation is requested. I wish this matter to be resolved and I would appreciate your assistance.
