Ordered item 3/20/2009. They failed to tell me the item was out of stock, but billed my card. April 7, 2009, still no shipping information. I had American Express issue a dispute 2 days ago. They contacted me to let me know they would not issue a credit because I had issued a dispute AND THAT MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. I would consider 17 days on hold regardless. They do not answer phones, emails. You must use their boatticket complaint system. Why bother? They are using YOUR money to drop ship apparently and are reluctant to return it. REAl COMPANIES DO NOT BILL YOUR CARD UNLESS THEY KNOW THEY ARE SHIPPING. Do not do business with these jokers.
