On November 19, 2010 I took my car to Boaz Glass Company to get my windshield replaced. When I picked my car up after having the windshield replaced I noticed numerous gashes across my entire dashboard where the dash and windshield come together. I took my car back to the Glass Company immediately after I saw my dash.He told me that he did not notice the saw was cutting my dash and the reason it cut my dash was because my dash was raised up. He then told me that they had a guy who fixed dashes and would call me on Nov. 22, 2010 for me to bring my car to them so it could be fixed. I never recieved a phone call, so I call the week after Thanksgiving and they told me they would get back with me. Once again I never got a phone call, so I called back and they told me the same thing that they would get back with me.
