All I will say that these are big liars and will cheat you for money every chance they can get. I am so upset that we trusted them. The owner Bob Jaeger of Home Pros in Sugar Grove Illinois says he is a good Christian but what he has done to us was not very Christianly. We never should have worked with them. I found out he dosnt have insurance, no business license, he is being sued by 2 other customers for shotty workmanship, and there is a report with the Illinois States Attorney office. I have wrote a report to the BBB and they said he has a laundry list of complaints!
