BEWARE OF BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE - THEY ARE NOT HONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS

Got a BOB O PEDIC mattress with manufactures defects - holes in fabric and it ripped at the stitching of the "things that appear to be handles on the sides of the mattress". (Their customer service told me "those arenn't handles" ???????
IT ALSO CAME WITH BEDBUGS...WHICH THEY DENY.
There are SO MANY COMPLAINTS of the same issue on the web that one can only believe that they DON"T take drastic measures to prevent the problem. HOW COULD THIS BE TRUE WHEN THEY ARE TAKING OLD MATTRESS IN THE TRUCKS AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE DELIVERING NEW FURNITURE!!!

They are spreading this epidemic and denying any responsibility
