Purhased Chaise Lounge in February 2011. Only two cushions on unit, which repeatedly separate, even when used in a sofa-seated position. Item had an intended us as a temporary sleep sofa, but could not be used since the cushions repeatedly separated, even when used as in a sofa-seated position. June 28 service call was scheduled and the inspector indicated that there was a problem with the cushions separating during standard usage. No followup received from Bob's and subsequent call was made to the business. Representative indicated the the service technician report indictated no problem with the item, in direct opposition from the verbal opinion given during my in-houe inspection. Bob's only solution was to send a second inspector, which I declined, based upon the fact that their inspectors obviously submit written reports to Bob's Furniture which are in conflict with his/her comments made in-house during inspection. There is, obviously, no point in subsequent inspections if inspection reports don't coincide with what is stated to the consumer during the time of the inspection.
