I am posting this complaint after viewing numerous complaint's about my suspecting that the furniture was possibly of poor quality, when recently noticed the canopy attachments have become lose without being able to be tightened; noticed that the poles simply come right up and the internal wooden hole have no "ridges to come together to tighten" the poles which are causing them to just sit in without being screwed. I never did an inspection of the furniture, but instantly noticed after delivery "paint scraped off" on the mirror dresser.
I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STORE IF GOD PERMITTING TOMORROW AND FOLLOWING UP ON THE POSSIBLE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT NOT KNOWING IF WARRANTY WAS PURCHASED, IT WAS A GIFT.
I AM DEFINITELY NOT TRUSTING ANY SUPPOSE ALLEGATIONS OF THE FURNITURE BEING NEGLECTED WITH ALL THE POSTING OF DAMAGED FURNITURE BEING DELIVERED AS NEW, BESIDES THE FURNITURE WAS JUST DELIVERED ON: DECEMBER 23, 2010.
