i recently bought a bobopedic matress the sales person Katheri collins was interested in making the sale when i approched her ..she told us about bobs discount policy ...but but left out the part where the consumer must pay for the delivery ...she did good if she was selling used cars .
i called complaining that my matress is too hard after i slept on it one night ..and wanted to exchange it for the plush and i was never told that there was a 30 day trial before i can exchange or return the matress.
and was never told about a 60 dollar delivery fee if i made an exchange ?
ps is this bob furniture discount way to make profit ??
i will return the matress at my exspense and purchase from another dealer ...bobs you lost my business and my entire family will be told about this sour experience ..and i run a business in Ct and i will also tell all my customers not to shop at bobs
