michael the manager/ deliery
My sister and I were doing an extreme maakeover, our dad is 83 yrs old and was coming out of a nursing home/rehab after a bout of pneumonia and is an emphysema stage 2 pt.
We went to bobs discount furniture in woodbridge nj, was approached by salesmen Peter Bonet, we explained about our position as far as dad goes and timing of delivery. We told him we needed everything before December 18th, dads release date from rehab. We did everything, painting, carpet, done perfect, furniture, well as far as today goes CHRISTMAS DAY, we still have only half house of furniture. We got partial delivery on Dec. 11th, partial delivery Dec. 18th, partial delivery Dec. 22nd, we were supposed to get the rest yesterday, and we know it's christmas Eve, so I told them I had to be physically out of the house by 3:30, well low and behold it's 4:30, we're still waiting, we call and cancel. Next date is Tuesday the 30th. So now it's CHRISTMAS DAY, our house has never looked this bad. We had made a deal with Michael the manager, we didn't expect to pick things today, we were going back in a couple of days with money, at which point Michael the manager took $100 deposit and we told him he would have the money in a week, week and a half, well had had the money in about 2 days, but everytime I call him about the delivery he keeps bringing up the "favor" he did for me, and I told him I kept my end of the deal, what about his. My name is Gail Johnson and my #is 646-643-2886. Oh and Michael said he was going to take off delivery and give me a $100 gifty card. Why the hell would I want a gift card for, I want nothing ever again to do with bobs discount furniture .
