I have been registered with BODY CARE in June 2007, Sankey road branch, bangalore, and they have promised me to reduce my weight atleast 25 Kilograms by 3 months, and i have paid around Rs.21, 000/- and it started well and i was around 91 kilograms at that time, and they promised to reduce my weight around 65 kilograms.

And almost 9 months over starting my course, and i have not reduced my weight and almost i am same as i was before. And while joining they told unlimited sessions till i reduce 25 kilos, and they have promised to give me 10 beauty sessions and other things and many more promises and assured many things.

Now if i enter the campus for sessions, one girl by name GARIMA, she is treating me like a street dog and she is shouting on top her voice and she is warning me not to enter the campus. When they need us, they used to call us more than 5 times dalily to enrol for the sessions.

Now if i enter the campus they are just opposite. Is this the way to act with the customers.
