This is my second time ordering from Body Central. The first time, I ordered the plan spaghetti tanks, which aren't the best quality material (I'd give them a 4 or 5) but they work for layering. Luckily, I didn't have to return anything. This second time, I ordered a peacoat, a sparkly top and some jewelry. The jewelry was fine (how can you really go wrong?) but the material on the clothes was not only TERRIBLE, but the sizes were not at all true to size. So, in an attempt to return them, I realized they did not include a return label, which means I'd have to pay for the return. If you've ever bought online, you never pay for the return. They take it out of the return and, in order to not be charged twice because it ALWAYS happens, I decided to call their customer service line. Called once, and because it was after hours, I was asked to leave a voice mail (through their automated system). The message said that if you leave a message, you'd be called back within the week. I've now called 3 times and no call back. I've even emailed them and nothing. I'm on the phone as I type for the fourth time and I've been on hold for more than FIVE HOURS. This is the most ridiculous call to customer service I've ever experienced, and I shop online a lot.
I DO NOT recommend shopping with Body Central. The prices may be enticing but the quality of the clothes and hassle of dealing with customer service are definitely NOT WORTH IT. I've wasted my New Year's Eve day on the phone waiting for, what, robots to answer?! Thanks for nothing.
